Você apoiará lançamentos de produtos, campanhas e iniciativas de geração de demanda, desenvolvendo conteúdos, materiais científicos e ferramentas de vendas. Fluência em inglês e espanhol é essencial.

Qualifications

• Diploma de Bacharel em Marketing, Comunicações, Administração ou área relacionada.
• Experiência em posições de Marketing e/ou Negócios.
• Experiência apoiando campanhas de marketing, programas de comunicação com o cliente ou lançamentos de produtos.
• Fluente em inglês e espanhol (falado e escrito).
• Fortes habilidades de gestão de projetos, priorização e organização.
• Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal.
• Mentalidade estratégica com forte capacidade de execução.
• Experiência com Office, Power BI e ferramentas de marketing.
• Capacidade de gerir múltiplos projetos simultaneamente em diferentes países e com partes interessadas.
• Conhecimento de transmissão com equipes regionais e globais.
• Proativo em ambientes dinâmicos e multiculturais com foco em resultados.

Responsibilities

• Executar planos de comunicação e marketing integrados alinhados à estratégia do portfólio na LATAM.
• Apoiar lançamentos de produtos, campanhas e iniciativas de geração de demanda com conteúdo e ativos promocionais.
• Desenvolver comunicações voltadas ao cliente, materiais científicos e ferramentas de enablement de vendas.
• Monitorar eficácia de campanhas e coordenar execução entre áreas-chave.
• Utilizar insights de mercado, clientes e concorrentes para oportunidades de crescimento, respeitando políticas e padrões da marca.

Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a Marketing Communications Specialist, Dental Solutions LATAM , you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams across Latin America (Portfolio, Local marketing and sales team) and help translate portfolio strategies into impactful communication campaigns that drive business growth.In this role, you will support the Restorative and Prevention portfolio by developing customer-centric communication programs, executing integrated marketing campaigns, and enabling successful product launches across the region.Here, you will make an impact by:Execute integrated communication and marketing plans aligned with portfolio strategy across LATAM.Support product launches, campaigns, and demand generation initiatives through content and promotional asset development.Develop customer-facing communications, scientific materials, and sales enablement tools.Monitor campaign effectiveness and coordinate cross-functional execution with key stakeholders.Leverage market, customer, and competitive insights to drive growth opportunities while ensuring compliance with company policies and brand standards.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Dentistry, Life Sciences, or a related field.Experience in Marketing and/or Business positionsExperience supporting marketing campaigns, customer communication programs, or product launches.Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities.Experience with Microsoft Office, Power BI, and marketing tools.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different countries and stakeholders.Additional Qualifications That Could Help You Succeed Even FurtherExperience in the dental, healthcare, medical device, or consumer goods industry.Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple countries.Knowledge of content strategy, customer experience and social media.Experience working with KOL engagement, scientific communications, or educational programs.Portuguese language proficiency.Experience collaborating with regional and global teams.Work Location: Campinas, SP - Brazil (Hybrid Eligible)Travel: May include up to 30%Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
