Job summary

Uma empresa de saúde está buscando um Analista de Vendas HIS para desenvolver novos processos e fornecer suporte a contratos na América Latina. O candidato ideal deve ter formação em gestão de negócios, experiência em fluxos de processos e domínio das ferramentas Excel e PowerPoint. Além disso, a fluência em inglês e conhecimento básico em espanhol serão considerados diferenciais. Esta posição é híbrida, com possibilidade de trabalho no escritório da empresa em Sumaré, São Paulo.

Qualifications

• Bacharelado ou formação técnica em gestão de negócios.
• Experiência e conhecimento em fluxo de processos.
• Conhecimento básico em metodologia Agile e ferramenta Jira.
• Domínio das ferramentas Excel e Powerpoint.
• Habilidades analíticas para traduzir necessidades dos clientes.

Responsibilities

• Desenvolver novos processos (melhoria contínua).
• Suporte a contratos com clientes na LATAM.
• Executar pagamentos de despesas.
• Coordenação de comunicação com Agência de Publicidade.
• Liderar projetos de implementação em clientes.
• Engajar clientes para implementar novas metodologias.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a HIS Sales Analyst, You Will Have The Opportunity To Tap Into Your Curiosity And Collaborate With Some Of The Most Innovative And Diverse People Around The World. Here, You Will Make An Impact By

• Development of new processes (continuous improvement)
• Support with customer contracts in LATAM (HISD LATAM x legal x customers)
• Execute payment of AdMerch and Indirect expenses (create PO’s, management with sourcing)
• Support on LATAM reports control
• Coordinate communication with Advertising Agency
• Lead implementation projects in customers.
• Engage customers to implement new methodologies and tools to assist in hospital management

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Technical formation in business management
• Experience and knowledge in process flows;
• Basic knowledge in the Agile methodology and Jira tool for project management and monitoring.
• Mastery of Excel and Powerpoint tools
• Analytical skills to translate customer needs into robust strategic and marketing plans

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Basic knowledge in software and information technology
• Ease of communicating and presenting in public
• Fluency in English and basic Spanish

Work location

Hybrid Eligible once a week at Solventum Office

Travel

May include up to 40% [domestic/international]

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
