A Solventum, antiga 3M Health Care, busca um(a) Marketing Communications Specialist, Dental Solutions LATAM, para traduzir estratégias de portfólio em campanhas que impulsionem o crescimento. O papel envolve colaborar com equipes multifuncionais na América Latina, incluindo Brasil, para apoiar lançamentos e iniciativas de comunicação.

Você trabalhará com conteúdos, materiais científicos e ferramentas de enablement, contribuindo para campanhas integradas, com foco em Restorative e Prevention,

Qualifications

• Graduação em Marketing, Comunicações, Administração ou área relacionada.
• Experiência em Marketing e/ou áreas comerciais com apoio a campanhas ou lançamentos.
• Fluência em Inglês e Espanhol (oral e escrito).

Responsibilities

• Executar planos de comunicação e marketing integrados para LATAM.
• Apoiar lançamentos de produto e geração de demanda com conteúdos e ativos promocionais.
• Desenvolver comunicações voltadas ao cliente e ferramentas de enablement de vendas.
• Monitorar a efetividade das campanhas e coordenar com equipes transversais.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Marketing Communications Specialist, Dental Solutions LATAM, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Latin America (Portfolio, Local marketing and sales team) and help translate portfolio strategies into impactful communication campaigns that drive business growth.

In this role, you will support the Restorative and Prevention portfolio by developing customer‑centric communication programs, executing integrated marketing campaigns, and enabling successful product launches across the region.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Execute integrated communication and marketing plans aligned with portfolio strategy across LATAM.
• Support product launches, campaigns, and demand generation initiatives through content and promotional asset development.
• Develop customer‑facing communications, scientific materials, and sales enablement tools.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and coordinate cross‑functional execution with key stakeholders.
• Leverage market, customer, and competitive insights to drive growth opportunities while ensuring compliance with company policies and brand standards.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Dentistry, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in Marketing and/or Business positions
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, customer communication programs, or product launches.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Power BI, and marketing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different countries and stakeholders.

Additional Qualifications That Could Help You Succeed Even Further

• Experience in the dental, healthcare, medical device, or consumer goods industry.
• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple countries.
• Knowledge of content strategy, customer experience and social media.
• Experience working with KOL engagement, scientific communications, or educational programs.
• Portuguese language proficiency.
• Experience collaborating with regional and global teams.

Work Location: Campinas, SP - Brazil (Hybrid Eligible)
