A Solventum busca um(a) Medical Education Specialist para liderar a implementação de programas educativos alinhados às prioridades regionais, garantindo integração entre equipes de Marketing, Vendas e áreas clínicas. O papel envolve coordenação de palestrantes, desenvolvimento de conteúdo clínico e conformidade com políticas internas.

O(a) profissional desenvolverá e executará planos de educação médica em formatos presenciais, híbridos, digitais e simulados, com 30% de viagens nacionais

Formación

• Bacharel em Ciências da Saúde, Marketing, Educação, Comunicação, Administração ou área relacionada.
• Experiência relevante em Educação Médica/Marketing em MedTech ou Pharma.
• Experiência em organização de eventos e coordenação entre equipes.
• Inglês avançado e habilidades de comunicação.

Responsabilidades

• Executar o plano anual de Educação Médica alinhado a Marketing, Vendas e prioridades regionais.
• Conduzir a entrega de programas educacionais presenciais, híbridos, digitais e simulados.
• Atuar como coordenador entre Vendas, Marketing, Clinical Specialists, Medical Liaison e outras partes.
• Gerenciar engajamento de palestrantes e desenvolvimento de conteúdo, garantindo qualidade clínica e conformidade.
• Monitorar desempenho dos programas por meio de dashboards e KPIs para insights.

Here, you will make an impact by:Execute the annual Medical Education plan aligned with Marketing, Sales, and regional business priorities, ensuring programs support healthcare professional (HCP) adoption and business growth.Lead end-to-end delivery of educational programs across in-person, hybrid, digital, and simulation-based formats, partnering with internal teams and external institutions, including universities.Serve as the primary coordinator across Sales, Marketing, Clinical Specialists, Medical Liaison, and other stakeholders to ensure effective planning, targeting, and execution.Manage speaker engagement and content development, ensuring high-quality, clinically relevant, and compliant educational experiences.Monitor program performance through dashboards and KPIs, generating insights to optimize future initiatives and measure impact.Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance processes, and financial controls while managing budgets and maintaining high execution standards.Company VehicleThis position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this positionYour Skills and Expertise:To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences, Marketing, Education, Communication, Business or related.
