Qualifications

• Experiência em organização de eventos (execução prática e visão estratégica).
• Coordenação entre equipes multifuncionais e com profissionais de saúde.
• Proatividade na gestão de palestrantes e conteúdos educacionais.
• Domínio avançado de inglês.

Responsibilities

• Executar o plano anual de Educação Médica alinhado a Marketing, Vendas e prioridades regionais.
• Liderar a entrega de programas educacionais (presenciais, híbridos, digitais e simulados).
• atuar como coordenador entre Vendas, Marketing, Especialistas Clínicos, Liaisons Médicos e demais stakeholders.
• Gerenciar engajamento de palestrantes e desenvolvimento de conteúdos.
• Monitorar desempenho com dashboards e KPIs e gerar insights.
• Assegurar conformidade com políticas internas, governança e controles orçamentários.

The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a(n) Medical Education Specialist , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Execute the annual Medical Education plan aligned with Marketing, Sales, and regional business priorities, ensuring programs support healthcare professional (HCP) adoption and business growth.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of educational programs across in-person, hybrid, digital, and simulation-based formats, partnering with internal teams and external institutions, including universities.
• Serve as the primary coordinator across Sales, Marketing, Clinical Specialists, Medical Liaison, and other stakeholders to ensure effective planning, targeting, and execution.
• Manage speaker engagement and content development, ensuring high-quality, clinically relevant, and compliant educational experiences.
• Monitor program performance through dashboards and KPIs, generating insights to optimize future initiatives and measure impact.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance processes, and financial controls while managing budgets and maintaining high execution standards.

Company Vehicle

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position

Your Skills and Expertise:

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences, Marketing, Education, Communication, Business or related. Advanced degree is a plus AND relevant job experience in Medical Education / Marketing / Commercial roles in MedTech or Pharma.
• Proven experience in: Event execution (hands-on + strategic understanding), cross-functional coordination, working with HCPs and speakers
• Advanced level of English proficiency
• Project Management skills

Work location: Hybrid

Travel: May include up to 30% domestic

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
