Solventum, antiga 3M Health Care, busca um(a) especialista LATAM Brand & Digital Marketing para liderar branding, comunicações e posicionamento da marca na região.

Você planeja, executa e mede campanhas, gerencia conteúdo e eventos, coordena ativações com agências e parceiros externos, e atua em um ambiente multinacional. Diploma em Marketing ou área relacionada, inglês avançado e espanhol avançado são obrigatórios; hybrid com viagens a Campinas.

Qualifications

• Bacharelado em Marketing, Comunicação, Publicidade ou área relacionada.
• Experiência em planejamento, desenvolvimento e execução de campanhas.
• Gestão de agências e parceiros externos.

Responsibilities

• Liderar branding e comunicações na LATAM para fortalecer a posição da marca.
• Planejar, executar e medir campanhas e projetos de rebranding.
• Gerenciar conteúdo e governança de canais digitais institucionais.
• Coordenar ativações, eventos e campanhas promocionais na região.
• Gerir fornecedores, prazos e orçamentos para entregar iniciativas.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

• Lead branding and communications initiatives across LATAM, ensuring consistent application of Solventum’s brand identity and strengthening market positioning.
• Plan, execute, and measure branding campaigns, rebranding projects, and communication initiatives, leveraging KPIs, market insights, and industry trends.
• Manage content strategy and governance for institutional digital channels, ensuring a consistent brand experience and effective digital asset management.
• Coordinate brand activations, events, congresses, and promotional campaigns to enhance engagement and visibility across the region.
• Manage external vendors, agencies, and strategic partners while overseeing budgets, timelines, and project execution to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field AND experience in Brand Management, Corporate Communications, or Integrated Marketing.
• Advanced English Level
• Experience developing and executing marketing and communication campaigns.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external partners.
• Advanced Spanish Level
• Experience working in multinational companies or regional organizations is a plus.

Work location

• Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Campinas at least 1 day per week)

Travel: May include up to 20%
