Job summary

BRA Solventum do Brasil Ltda in Brazil seeks a Medical Education Specialist to drive the annual education plan and deliver programs across in-person, hybrid, digital, and simulation formats. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and regional teams to promote HCP adoption and business growth.

The role requires coordinating with internal and external partners, managing speakers and content, and tracking KPIs while ensuring compliance and sound budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Marketing, Education, Communication, Business or related fields.
• Advanced degree is a plus and relevant exposure in Medical Education, Marketing, or Commercial roles in MedTech/Pharma.
• Proven experience in event execution, cross-functional coordination, and working with healthcare professionals and speakers.
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
• Strong project management skills.

• Monitor program performance via dashboards and KPIs and generate insights.
• Ensure compliance with policies, governance, and budgets while maintaining high execution standards.

As a(n) Medical Education Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

• Execute the annual Medical Education plan aligned with Marketing, Sales, and regional business priorities, ensuring programs support healthcare professional (HCP) adoption and business growth.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of educational programs across in-person, hybrid, digital, and simulation-based formats, partnering with internal teams and external institutions, including universities.
• Serve as the primary coordinator across Sales, Marketing, Clinical Specialists, Medical Liaison, and other stakeholders to ensure effective planning, targeting, and execution.
• Manage speaker engagement and content development, ensuring high-quality, clinically relevant, and compliant educational experiences.
• Monitor program performance through dashboards and KPIs, generating insights to optimize future initiatives and measure impact.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance processes, and financial controls while managing budgets and maintaining high execution standards.

Company Vehicle

Company Vehicle This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences, Marketing, Education, Communication, Business or related.
• Advanced degree is a plus AND relevant job experience in Medical Education / Marketing / Commercial roles in MedTech or Pharma.
• Proven experience in: Event execution (hands-on + strategic understanding), cross-functional coordination, working with HCPs and speakers.
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
• Project Management skills.

Work location

Work location: Hybrid. Travel: May include up to 30% domestic. Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
