Job summary

STATS CHIPPAC MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Brazil seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a team of Specialists on night shifts, delivering quality output on time while driving cycle time reduction and asset effectiveness.

You will oversee production indices, address bottlenecks with multiple departments, and promote continuous improvement including 6S. A diploma or higher and 1–3 years in semiconductor production are preferred, with a positive, can-do attitude.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor production.

• Demonstrated commitment to work and ability to perform night shifts.
• Good analytical skills and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs, plans, organizes and controls activities of staff on shifts of multiple functional areas.
• Presenting daily production indices in module meetings and highlighting key priorities for the Engineering Team.
• Analyzing WIP profile to minimize constraints in equipment, process, or manpower.
• Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency/productivity to meet standard cycle time.
• Addressing issues that affect bottlenecks by working with various departments.
• Drive for continuous improvement in the line.
• Actively lead and participate in 6S.
• Recommend and implement measures to motivate employees and to encourage employees to suggest process improvements.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing production standards.
• Conduct performance management, including discipline, discharge process and recognition/promotion as needed based on results and behaviour.
