About the role

We are seeking a Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team at our North Region facility in Singapore. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in optimising our production processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of product quality. As Production Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role is instrumental in supporting our strategic objectives to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance our competitive position in the global market.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily production operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives such as process optimization, benchmarking, and productivity enhancement using statistical tools and software.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards by supporting internal and external audits in line with IATF, ISO, and OHSAS requirements.
• Contribute to operational excellence by driving improvements in process performance, efficiency, and reliability.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.

• A proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful individual with a strong sense of responsibility.
• A team player who is action-oriented and focused on delivering results.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SPC, FMEA, and TPM will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Comfortable wearing required Personal Protective Equipment, including jumpsuit and protective mask, whenever necessary.
