Qualificações

• Degree/Advanced diploma in Engineering required.
• 8+ years in maintenance/engineering in logistics/industrial setting.
• Experience in facility plant maintenance for manufacturing/food handling/temperature-controlled operations.
• At least 3 years of team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of safety, building and engineering codes/regulations.
• Ability to lead multi-discipline maintenance teams and manage contractors.
• Strong project and financial management skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintenance of assets to meet safety, operational requirements and budget; perform scheduled and corrective work.
• Monitor and manage performance of internal teams and contractors with KPIs and verifications.
• Ensure maintenance/work complies with internal and statutory requirements.
• Lead a team to perform inspections, preventive and corrective work with planning and coordination.
• Prepare monthly management reports and represent Engineering on local leadership team.
• Develop asset management strategies including 5-year capex plans.
• Design/modify/adopt systems to deliver improvements.

About the role

We have an opportunity for a Manager, Facility Maintenance. This role is based in Mandai Link. As a member of the Lineage Logistics team, you are a critical link in the food supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Maintenance of assets to meet safety, operational requirements and budget, including performance of scheduled and corrective work

• Monitor and manage performance of work by internal teams and contractors, including KPIs and appropriate audit and/or other verification processes

• Ensure all maintenance and construction/installation works are in conformance with internal and statutory requirements

• Lead and manage a team to perform quality scheduled inspections, preventive maintenance and corrective work in a systematic way including appropriate planning, scheduling and co-ordination for safe and efficient execution of work

• Prepare monthly report for management and represent Engineering on the local leadership team

• Develop asset management strategies including 5 year capex plans

• Design/modify/adopt systems and processes to deliver improvements

• Work collaboratively with in country and functional peers to drive systematic operation and improvements

About you

• Degree/ Advanced diploma in Engineering

• At least 8 years of working experience in maintenance/ engineering function in a logistics/industrial environment

• Experience in facility plant maintenance in the manufacturing, food processing and/or warehouse with temperature-controlled operations

• At least 3 years experience in leading teams

• Conversant with relevant safety, building and engineering codes of practice and regulations

• Knowledge and experience in leading a multi-discipline maintenance team, and managing contractors

• Project management and financial management skills

• Strong leadership, interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
