Recruit Express Services Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Facility Maintenance Manager to lead the Engineering team and oversee management of warehouse assets, including maintenance, repair, upgrade and replacement of equipment to support Operations.

You will work with regional engineering teams to implement standards and continuous improvement programmes, develop long-term CAPEX and replacement plans, and prepare monthly reports for local and regional stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Degree or advanced diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years' experience in maintenance/engineering within a logistics or industrial environment.
• Facility/plant maintenance experience in manufacturing, food processing or temperature-controlled warehouse operations.
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is required.
• 3+ years' experience in a team leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, asset management and contractor management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the maintenance and engineering activities for cold-room, refrigeration and warehouse facility systems.
• Ensure assets and equipment are maintained to meet safety, operational, regulatory and budget requirements.
• Plan and manage preventive maintenance, scheduled inspections and corrective works.
• Oversee internal engineering teams and external contractors, including work quality, KPIs and compliance.
• Ensure maintenance, construction and installation works comply with statutory and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with regional engineering teams to implement regional standards, programmes, systems and best practices.
• Support regional engineering projects, initiatives and continuous improvement programmes.
• Develop asset management strategies, including long-term CAPEX and replacement plans.
• Prepare monthly engineering reports and provide updates to local and regional stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance systems, processes, equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Lead, coach and develop the Engineering team.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, including regional and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute long-term engineering strategies to support warehouse operations.

Job Purpose

The Facility Maintenance Manager leads the Engineering team and is responsible for all activities related to management of the warehouse assets including maintenance, repair, upgrade and replacement of equipment and facilities within Singapore to support Operations. The role ensures reliable and efficient facility operations while supporting regional engineering initiatives, standards, programmes and improvement projects.

KPIs / Deliverables

• Lead the maintenance and engineering activities for cold-room, refrigeration and warehouse facility systems

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Degree / Advanced diploma in Engineering or related discipline

• Minimum 8 years' experience in maintenance / engineering within a logistics or industrial environment

• Experience in facility/plant maintenance within manufacturing, food processing or temperature-controlled warehouse operations

• Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is required

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a team leadership role

• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, asset management and contractor management
