Jobtailor seeks a Power Platform Developer to build and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate automations, and Power BI dashboards in an agile environment. You will gather requirements, map processes, and implement data structures in Dataverse and SharePoint Lists to drive operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with business teams, participate in PI Planning and backlog refinement, and ensure data quality and documentation across solutions. English proficiency is required.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related IT fields.
Degrees in other fields considered if proven Power Platform development experience.
English proficiency for interacting with company systems and tools.
Experience developing Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, and engaging with stakeholders across business areas.
Experience building applications, automations, dashboards, and process-improvement solutions.
Experience with Agile methodologies, including planning ceremonies and backlog refinement with business teams.
Knowledge of Power Platform, Dataverse, SharePoint Lists.
Knowledge of requirements gathering, process mapping, and KPI definition.
Knowledge of Scrum and backlog management.
Desirable: Power Platform certifications; UI/UX, SQL, REST APIs, CRM platforms.

Responsabilidades

Develop and maintain Power Platform apps, automations, and Power BI dashboards.
Gather requirements from business teams and translate needs into scalable solutions.
Design and maintain Dataverse and SharePoint Lists data structures.
Identify and eliminate manual activities; optimize workflows for efficiency.
Resolve bugs in automations; document solutions.
Document technical and functional details; provide solution support.
Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Adhere to development, architecture, and governance standards.
Translate data into actionable insights to support decision-making.
Participate in PI Planning, backlog refinement, and Sprint Reviews.

Develop and maintain applications using Power Apps, automated workflows using Power Automate, and dashboards using Power BI
Gather requirements from business teams, map processes, and translate needs into scalable digital solutions
Design, implement, and maintain data structures in Dataverse and SharePoint Lists
Identify opportunities to eliminate manual activities, optimize workflows, and improve operational efficiency
Investigate, troubleshoot, and track the resolution of bugs in existing automations
Ensure technical and functional documentation, solution support, and continuous improvement
Perform unit testing and support or lead user acceptance testing (UAT)
Follow the company’s and platform’s development, architecture, and governance standards
Develop and maintain dashboards and performance indicators in Power BI
Transform data into actionable insights to support business decision-making
Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability
Maintain and update the demand backlog, including status, requirements, effort estimates, and complexity
Participate in PI Planning, backlog refinement, capacity discussions, prioritization meetings, and Sprint Reviews
Support prioritization with technical context, impact assessments, risks, dependencies, and estimates
Present delivered solutions, gather feedback, and support the definition of future initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related Information Technology fields
Candidates with degrees in other fields will be considered if they have proven experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
English proficiency for interacting with the company’s systems and tools
Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI)
Experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, and engaging with stakeholders from different business areas
Experience developing and supporting applications, automations, dashboards, and process-improvement solutions
Experience with Agile methodologies, including planning ceremonies, backlog refinement, reviews, and alignment meetings with business teams
Required knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, and SharePoint Lists
Knowledge of requirements gathering, process mapping, and process improvement
Knowledge of dashboards, data analysis, and KPI definition
Knowledge of unit testing and functional and technical documentation
Knowledge of Scrum and backlog management
Knowledge of UI/UX, front-end development, SQL, REST APIs, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Power Platform certifications is desirable but not required
