Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 CRM consultant to drive implementation projects across Sales, Marketing Insights, Customer Service, and Field Service modules. You will gather client requirements, design robust solutions, and articulate the project vision in discovery sessions.

Ideal candidates have strong technical and functional documentation skills, experience with Agile, and fluency in English. This role focuses on delivering aligned CRM solutions for complex business processes.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM tools.
• Experience communicating solution visions during client meetings.
• Experience preparing technical and functional documentation and specifications.
• Knowledge of Agile project implementations.
• Knowledge of native capabilities and Power Platform preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Advanced or fluent English.
