Job summary

SAACKE Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics Coordinator and RSS Specialist in Brazil's Northern region to transform service reports into commercial opportunities, while coordinating marine spare parts logistics and operations.

You will oversee the complete sales and fulfilment lifecycle—from sourcing and client quotations through order execution, delivery, invoicing and invoicing support—for the spare parts division.

Responsibilities

• Review service reports from technical consultant to identify required parts and commercial opportunities.
• Source marine spare parts based on service report recommendations.
• Prepare, issue and follow up on client quotations in a timely manner.
• Manage RSS leads from initial quotation through to order closure.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics and shipping for spare parts orders.
• Monitor deliveries to ensure marine parts reach clients on time.
• Generate and process sales invoices for the spare parts team.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients and internal stakeholders to support smooth order execution.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, shipments and invoices.

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator and RSS Specialist drives Recommended Spare Parts Sales (RSS) by transforming technical service reports into commercial opportunities while coordinating marine spare parts logistics and operations. You will oversee the complete sales and fulfilment lifecycle, from sourcing and client quotations through order execution, delivery, invoicing and invoicing support for the spare parts division.

Key responsibilities

• Review service reports from technical consultant to identify required parts and commercial opportunities.

• Source marine spare parts based on service report recommendations.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in the sales, logistics and purchasing of marine spare parts, with a minimum of 2 years preferred.

• A systematic, organised and proactive approach, with a strong sense of urgency when handling time-sensitive port-call deliveries.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in basic administrative tools.

• Ability to manage multiple activities across sourcing, quotations, logistics, order processing and invoicing.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow tasks through to completion.
