Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking a Finance & BI Analyst to consolidate monthly financial results, create and maintain dashboards, and monitor KPIs for the HUB. You will update strategic indicators in BI tools and balance costs with supplier charges.

Responsibilities include commercial outreach, onboarding new suppliers, maintaining the sales funnel, and delivering analyses and executive presentations to support decision-making.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics.
• Advanced Office skills for reports, spreadsheets and presentations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Consolidate, analyze and publish the HUB's financial results on a monthly basis.
• Develop, monitor and maintain dashboards and project performance indicators.
• Update Centralization targets and strategic indicators in BI tools.
• Manage the financial balance between operational costs and amounts charged to suppliers.
• Conduct commercial outreach and present the centralization project to suppliers and strategic partners, prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations related to the Logistics Fee.
• Manage and oversee the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring all RD internal stages and requirements are met.
• Keep the sales funnel and opportunity pipeline for the centralization project up to date.
• Prepare analyses, studies and executive presentations to support decision-making.
