Jobtailor is seeking a logistics and data-driven operations professional to optimize end-to-end logistics and reverse logistics. You will manage carrier relationships, lead negotiations, and drive performance against SLAs.

Ideal candidates bring deep knowledge of supply chain, analytics, and KPI development, with advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools such as Power BI. You will guide continuous improvement initiatives and influence cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• Solid experience in logistics operations, transportation, and reverse logistics with a strategic focus.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, FTL/LTL operations, performance management, and logistics metrics.
• Experience with advanced data analysis, continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar), and KPI management.
• Advanced Excel skills and BI tools (Power BI or similar).
• Analytical profile with strong influencing communication and systemic thinking.
• Bachelor’s degree required in related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize end-to-end logistics and reverse logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, service levels, and continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with carriers and strategic partners, leading negotiations and ensuring performance and SLA compliance.
• Act as a consultant throughout the complete order-to-delivery cycle, anticipating risks and implementing structural solutions.
• Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) on critical incidents, leading action plans and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Develop, monitor, and evolve KPIs and dashboards to support strategic decisions and data-driven culture in the operation.
