Crocs, Inc. is seeking a hands-on E-commerce Operations Specialist to drive end-to-end order fulfillment, ensure inventory availability, verify invoicing accuracy, and guarantee on-time shipments across all sales channels in Brazil.

You will monitor key metrics, resolve inventory and data discrepancies, optimize ERP and order management processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, logistics, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, order management processes, inventory control, and marketplace operations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

  • Drive end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment, ensuring inventory availability, accurate processing, invoicing, and on-time shipment.
  • Identify and resolve inventory, system, and data discrepancies impacting customer experience and business performance.
  • Track operational metrics and provide insights to improve fulfillment efficiency, delivery and sales results.
  • Maintain data accuracy and ERP processes, resolving system issues and ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Logistics, Marketplace partners, carriers, IT, and vendors to support seamless order execution.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization and testing of new solutions.

What You'll Do
  • Drive end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment by ensuring inventory availability, accurate order processing, invoicing, and on-time shipment execution.
  • Manage order lifecycle activities, proactively identifying and resolving inventory, system, and data discrepancies that may impact customer experience and business performance.
  • Track key operational and commercial metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve fulfillment efficiency, delivery performance, and sales results.
  • Maintain data accuracy and operational continuity by monitoring ERP processes, resolving system-related issues, and ensuring compliance with established service levels.
  • Communicate and collaborate with Customer Service, Logistics, Marketplace partners, carriers, IT teams, and external vendors to support seamless order execution and issue resolution.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, automation opportunities, system enhancements, and participation in testing and implementation of new solutions.
What You'll Bring to the Table
  • BS or BA in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, or customer order management.
  • Background knowledge in ERP systems, order management processes, inventory control, and marketplace operations.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment, logistics workflows, sales invoicing, and customer service operations.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify operational issues, analyze root causes, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, and leverage data to support business decisions.
