Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead AI Factory Engineer to direct fleets of AI agents, owning architecture, trade-offs, and verification to ship correct, maintainable code rapidly.

You will decompose work into specs, supervise agent output, and build end-to-end verification pipelines with tests and linters, while measuring performance through shipped repos and production metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience reviewing code diffs and correcting agent drift.
• Ability to define acceptance criteria and quality gates.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

We are seeking a Lead AI Factory Engineer to direct, constrain, and verify fleets of AI agents in order to produce shipped, correct, and maintainable code at speed without sacrificing quality.
