You will mentor engineers, drive technology choices, and collaborate with cloud teams while advancing AI maturity across EPAM LATAM. A strong background in GenAI, LLMs, and modern software practices is required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, and microservices.
• Cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
• CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on with LLMs, GenAI systems, and prompt engineering.
• RAG architectures and agentic AI.
• Vector databases and model orchestration.
• AI observability and evaluation frameworks.
• OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama experience.
• LangGraph, LangChain, MCP Servers; Azure, AWS, GCP.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Work with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, LangGraph, LangChain, MCP Servers, vector databases, Python ecosystems, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Act as an AI Champion within EPAM LATAM.
• Mentor engineers and technical communities.
• Promote AI-assisted engineering practices.
• Share knowledge through workshops and enablement programs.
• Help accelerate AI maturity across the region.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, and microservices
• Expertise in cloud-native architectures and distributed systems
• Skills in CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI systems, and prompt engineering
• Background in RAG architectures and agentic AI
• Familiarity with vector databases and model orchestration
• Knowledge of evaluation frameworks and AI observability
• Skills in OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and Llama
• Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, and MCP Servers
• Flexibility to use Azure, AWS, and GCP
• Strong collaboration skills, ability to mentor and influence others, ownership mentality, and passion for continuous learning
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
