EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Software Engineering Manager to lead the design and delivery of a next-generation AI-powered financial assistant platform. You will drive backend services and AI features across a small, hands-on team.

You will own end-to-end delivery, collaborate with business users, and ensure reliability, testing, and robust error handling while delivering value quickly in a high-autonomy environment. This role offers international exposure and complex problems.

Competenze

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python development experience (8+ years).
• Hands-on FastAPI experience.
• Advanced LLM/Gen AI experience and development practice.
• High autonomy and self-governance to drive ambiguous work from concept to delivery.
• High quality and reliability mindset with engineering rigor.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
