Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks an AI Engineering Manager to architect and deliver a greenfield multi-agent AI platform focused on proactive FinOps outcomes in a multi-cloud environment.

You will mentor engineers, govern agent orchestration, and enforce security and compliance across services. The role requires 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in leadership, strong Python/FastAPI skills, and expertise in multi-agent patterns.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in technical leadership.
• Experience delivering greenfield AI services in cloud environments.
• Expertise in multi-agent orchestration and service-to-agent communication.
• Strong Python 3.11+ skills with FastAPI and integration patterns.
• Security governance and Zero Trust concepts including RBAC and audit logging.
• Proficient English at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architecture for a multi-agent AI platform.

We are looking for an AI Engineering Manager to architect and deliver a greenfield multi-agent AI platform focused on proactive FinOps outcomes in a multi-cloud environment.
