You will gather input from subject matter experts, build quizzes and practical exercises, review materials for accuracy, and collaborate with designers across learning projects to drive continuous improvement.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in Education, Pedagogy, Languages, Communications, Journalism, or Information Technology.
Previous experience developing educational or training content.
Experience gathering information and creating technical or specialized content is desirable.
Exposure to learning projects within technology or IT environments is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to organize complex information into clear and engaging learning content.
Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning concepts.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
Organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Eagerness to learn and continuously improve.
Creative mindset with a passion for knowledge sharing.

Responsabilidades

Develop educational content and learning materials aligned with instructional design guidelines and client requirements
Gather and analyze information from subject matter experts and project teams to understand training needs and learning objectives
Create quizzes, knowledge checks, practical exercises, and supporting resources that reinforce learning outcomes
Review, update, and maintain training materials for accuracy, consistency, and relevance
Collaborate with Instructional Designers and team members across learning projects
Participate in planning sessions, brainstorming meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives
Collect and analyze feedback to evaluate and enhance training programs
Contribute to innovation initiatives and support internal committees or training activities when required
