We are looking for a communication professional with a passion for digital education, strong expertise in multimedia learning content, and a genuine interest in artificial intelligence applied to learning.

We seek someone curious, analytical, and creative, who enjoys transforming knowledge into engaging and effective learning experiences.

The ideal candidate should be able to analyze, synthesize, and restructure complex content, design instructional scripts for multiple formats, and manage several projects simultaneously, always bringing critical thinking and a strategic perspective on innovation.

Develop learning solutions by applying methodologies, techniques, generative AI tools, and content automation to optimize the teaching-learning process, increase engagement, and strengthen brand authority through relevant and transformative learning experiences.

Main responsibilities

• Create and structure digital courses, learning paths, and learning journeys in different formats (e-learning, microlearning, videos, podcasts, etc.).
• Participate in briefing sessions and validation meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Identify learning needs and translate business objectives into effective educational solutions.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize technical, conceptual, and behavioral content.
• Apply AI tools for generating texts, images, scripts, and assessments while ensuring instructional consistency and quality.
• Use prompt engineering techniques to guide AI in generating instructional content and developing personalized learning experiences.
• Design and create learning agents for corporate education, capable of interacting with users and supporting the learning process.
• Develop instructional plans and visual scripts in partnership with designers and video producers.
• Create knowledge assessments and learning impact indicators (Learning KPIs).
• Follow internal production processes and ensure the final quality of projects.
• Monitor AI and Learning Analytics trends, proposing innovations in methodologies and learning formats.
• Collaborate with Design, Technology, and Project Management teams to develop new educational products and services.

Desired experience

• Previous experience in communication agencies, corporate education companies, or EdTechs.
• Experience with authoring tools (such as Hands-on) and AI applied to education.
• Familiarity with online course structures, scriptwriting, and instructional storytelling.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related fields.

Postgraduate studies in Education, Digital Media, Learning Experience Design, or Neuroeducation will be considered a plus.

• Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Slack, Trello).
