Jobtailor in Itu, São Paulo, Brazil, seeks an on-site Field Services Technician contractor to provide direct user support in the Itu area. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, peripherals, and connectivity issues, install and configure equipment, and manage incidents through to resolution.

The role requires independent contractor status (PJ) and on-site presence in Itu, with a focus on timely ticketing, proactive issue resolution, and delivering high-quality IT support to end users.
