Townsq is seeking a Customer-Focused Accounts Payable Analyst to support vendor onboarding on our payment platform. You will be the primary contact for vendors, guiding them through registration and enablement while communicating across an international team in a fully remote role.

No extensive Accounts Payable experience is required; what matters is organization, proactive communication, and a willingness to learn. This position offers a PJ contract and USD payments via Deel.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to vendors to initiate and complete the onboarding process.
• Guide vendors through registration steps and answer questions during onboarding.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure pending actions are completed.
• Verify vendor information and keep records accurate and up to date.
• Track contact attempts, onboarding status, and outcomes in our systems.
• Work with Accounts Payable team to monitor vendor enablement progress.
• Identify and engage qualified vendors for active RFP opportunities.
• Use Call Center tools to manage communications and follow-ups.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when needed.

We are looking for aCustomer-Focused Accounts Payable Analyst to join our international partner company, part of the HOAM Ventures Group, and support vendor onboarding within our payment platform.

In this role, you will be one of the main points of contact for vendors, helping them complete their registration and payment platform enablement process. You’ll communicate with vendors primarily through outbound calls, guide them through each step, answer questions, follow up on pending cases, and make sure the process moves forward smoothly.

You don’t need extensive Accounts Payable experience to succeed in this role. We’re looking for someone organized, communicative, proactive, and comfortable talking to people. If you have experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Centers, Operations, or administrative roles, this could be a great opportunity to grow in an international environment.

What your day-to-day will look like

• Make outbound calls to vendors to initiate and complete the payment platform enablement process;

• Guide vendors through registration steps and help them resolve questions or issues during onboarding;

• Follow up with vendors to ensure pending actions are completed;

• Verify vendor information and keep records accurate and up to date;

• Work closely with the Accounts Payable team to monitor vendor enablement progress;

• Identify and engage qualified vendors for active RFP opportunities;

• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate team when needed.
