Caterpillar Inc. in São Paulo, Brazil, seeks an Accounts Payable specialist to support domestic and international AP operations with accuracy and efficiency. The role ensures compliance with policies, controls, and regulatory requirements while maintaining timely, reliable financial transactions.

Job Summary

Supports Domestic and International Accounts Payable operations by executing routine payment processing and account reconciliations with accuracy and efficiency. Ensures compliance with company policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements while maintaining the integrity, timeliness, and reliability of financial transactions.

• Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Pre-Advanced English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools).

Top Candidates will have

• Advanced English.
• Previous experience working with SAP.
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Treasury.
• Knowledge of Importation and/or Transportation processes.
• Experience with analytical and automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Query, etc.).

Note: This position requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week.
