- Work on the modernization and transformation of asset custody services for individual customers
- Develop and enhance platform features for the custody of credit operations
- Participate in technical and architectural discussions with Product, Architecture, and specialist teams
- Develop high-quality code with automated unit, integration, component, and end-to-end (E2E) tests
- Support improvements to application performance, observability, and efficiency
- Work with DevOps practices, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes
- Contribute to modernization, technology enhancement, and system migration projects
- Create and maintain technical documentation and share knowledge with the team
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as refinement sessions, planning meetings, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Develop solutions aligned with security and compliance requirements and engineering standards
- Use Artificial Intelligence tools to support development, productivity, quality, and learning
- Seek mentorship and incorporate feedback for continuous growth
- Invest in developing knowledge of technology, business, and software engineering
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, completed or in progress
- Basic knowledge of AWS and an interest in deepening knowledge of cloud architecture and services
- Experience with Java development, preferably Spring Boot, and/or Python
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming and software development fundamentals
- Familiarity with SOLID principles, Design Patterns, Clean Architecture, and DDD
- Basic knowledge of, or interest in learning about, distributed systems, reactive programming, and data streaming
- Basic knowledge of APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures
- Basic knowledge of, or interest in learning about, SDD (Software Defined Development) and agentic pipelines
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is a plus
