Jobtailor in São Paulo is seeking a hands-on engineer to develop, enhance, and maintain APIs and services for risk and fraud analysis. You will support critical systems, aiming for stability and high performance in a demanding AWS environment.

You will implement risk rules, work on architectural decisions for latency and resilience, and ensure observability, security, and incident analysis. On-site three days a week at Avenida Paulista, you will join a Risk and Fraud Prevention squad and

Requirements

• Strong experience with .NET 7/8, SQL Server, and REST API development
• Experience with AWS (ECS, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, S3, and related services)
• Experience with distributed architecture (microservices, APIs, and/or events)
• Experience with critical, highly available systems
• Experience supporting systems, analyzing incidents, and troubleshooting in production
• Experience implementing complex business rules requiring contingency handling and transactional processing
• Knowledge of resilience patterns, idempotency, and consistency control
• Availability to work on-site three days per week on Avenida Paulista
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
