Jobtailor in Porto Alegre, Brazil, seeks a CRM Campaign QA Specialist to execute multi-channel campaigns and ensure top quality across content and links. You will collaborate with Content, Design, BI, and Product teams to validate localization and support language QA processes.

You will test and train on CRM and loyalty tools, monitor campaign performance, and assist Customer Experience with CRM queries. Experience with iGaming retention trends is a plus.

Requirements

• Advanced English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of email marketing and customer segmentation considered a plus
• Comfort working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for QA and reporting
• Familiarity with Smartico considered an advantage
• Detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, curious, and eager to grow
• Must comply with Brazilian sports betting participation restrictions, including age and eligibility requirements
