Jobtailor in São Paulo is seeking a detail-oriented Back Office/Sales Support specialist to streamline credit approvals and validate customer data. You will coordinate cross-functional communication across Sales, Finance, Operations, and partner teams, ensuring timely contracting workflows during peak demand.

The role requires experience in back office or sales support, strong CRM/Excel skills, and knowledge of CPF/CNPJ checks and credit inquiries.

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing or have completed a university degree.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Previous experience in Back Office (BKO) or Sales Support in the automotive, financial services, or services sector.
• Proficiency in document analysis workflows, customer data validation (CPF/CNPJ), and credit bureau inquiries.
• Advanced proficiency with CRM systems and tracking spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Practical knowledge of the car subscription, fleet rental, or vehicle financing market.
• Familiarity with electronic signature platforms (e.g., Clicksign) and management/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and rigor in document verification.
• Agility and a sense of urgency.
• Assertive communication and empathy.
