Kovi is hiring an Operations Analyst to manage vehicle return assessments, damage charges, and data-driven process improvements. You will collaborate across teams to ensure accurate charges, monitor timelines, and support the CX goals.

Focused on analytical tasks, data validation, and KPI tracking, you will leverage tools like Google Sheets, Pipefy, and Rental/Silia/SOON systems to optimize efficiency and customer experience.

Responsabilidades

• Check the condition of each returned vehicle to process charges for fines and damage.
• Learn and understand Kovi’s plans and business model.
• Analyze cases and processes involving direct customer experience and the business model.
• Collaborate with relevant teams, such as the Workshop, to obtain information and monitor repair timelines.
• Provide information to internal teams.
• Participate in process improvement projects focused on operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Download the previous day’s data and verify the number of returned vehicles with completed checklists.
• Analyze vehicle Check-Out and Return checklists.
• Issue charges based on the damage valuation calculator.
• Reassess disputed cases by reviewing photos and evidence from the return checklist.
• Process early termination fee charges when applicable.
• Support operational teams as needed.

• Intermediate computer skills, particularly with Office and Google Workspace tools (Google Chat, Google Sheets)
• Previous experience with administrative and financial routines
• Completed or ongoing higher education (preferred)
• Experience with data analysis and KPI tracking (preferred)
• Prior experience with Pipefy, Rental, Silia, or SOON systems (preferred)
