  • Provide exceptional support to end users and manage office network.

About the team:

Our Internal IT team provides exceptional technical assistance and empowers our colleagues to maximize their productivity and success. We are dedicated to delivering timely, reliable, and effective support services across the organization. Through our expertise, responsiveness, and customer-centric approach, we aim to foster a positive work environment and enable seamless operations for our internal stakeholders.

What you will do:

  1. Provide exceptional support to our end users on their requests and issues;
  2. Run onboarding and offboarding processes;
  3. Update equipment inventory;
  4. Send/receive equipment for repair;
  5. Send/receive equipment to/from users;
  6. Grant/revoke access;
  7. Manage office network;
  8. Basic development tasks;
  9. Automate existing manual processes;
  10. Administer corporate systems;
  11. Manage internal processes.

Who you are:

  • Technical or bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or related fields;
  • Experience in IT/infrastructure support activities;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Good knowledge of MacOS and/or Linux OS;
  • Knowledge of MDM – JAMF preferable;
  • Knowledge of IAM / SSO – Okta preferable;
  • Experience with Google Workspace.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of basic computer network configuration;
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows environment;
  • Experience with email server management.
