Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IT/ERP Manager in São Paulo to oversee ERP systems, migrations, and integrations. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure governance and security, and collaborate with leadership on technology investments and digital transformation.

Responsibilities include managing ERP operations, coordinating vendors, and driving strategic improvements to support business processes and decision-making across the organization.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Experience in managing ERP systems, including module implementations, configuration, maintenance and continuous improvement.
Experience in system migration projects, platform integrations, legacy system replacements and deployment of new technology solutions.

Responsabilidades

Manage the operation, maintenance, updates and continuous improvement of the company’s ERP systems, ensuring availability, data integrity and adherence to business processes.
Lead migration, implementation, integration and system replacement projects from assessment through go-live, stabilization and post-implementation support.
Coordinate with business areas to map processes, identify needs, propose improvements and ensure technology solutions support productivity and decision-making.
Coordinate vendors, consultancies and technology partners, monitoring deliverables, contracts, timelines, costs, technical quality and service levels.
Drive integration projects between legacy systems, ERP, databases, corporate platforms and other applications used by the organization.
Manage a multidisciplinary IT team, including systems, support, infrastructure, information security and/or external partners, providing technical direction and team development.
Ensure governance, security, documentation, access controls, configurations and compliance for the systems under your responsibility.
Plan and monitor schedules, budgets, risks, KPIs and contingency plans related to ERP projects and system migrations.
Support senior leadership with information, metrics and recommendations for decisions related to systems architecture, technology investments and digital transformation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer or Technology‑focused Administration, or related fields
Strong experience in managing ERP systems, including module implementations, configuration, maintenance and continuous improvement of enterprise systems
Experience in system migration projects, platform integrations, legacy system replacements and deployment of new technology solutions
Knowledge of project management, agile and/or traditional methodologies, schedule, budget, risk and KPI management
Experience interfacing with business areas, requirements gathering, process design, testing, acceptance, user training and change management
Knowledge of IT governance, information security, databases, system integrations and application architecture
Experience managing vendors, contracts, SLAs and negotiating with technology partners
Desirable: experience with commercial ERPs, cloud environments, API integrations and BI/analytics tools
Familiarity with SAP/SAP ECC/S/4HANA/Azure/Microsoft
