Jobtailor seeks an experienced SAP BASIS administrator to manage on-premise, cloud, and hybrid SAP environments in a Brazil-based role. You will handle database administration for SAP databases, client and user administration, TMS, CUA, OSS notes, and incident support.

Responsibilities include cloud integrations, SAP BTP support, and system monitoring, with collaboration across infrastructure, security, and dev teams to ensure stability and performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, including servers and virtualized environments.
• Knowledge of server operating systems: Windows Server, Linux, Unix (or similar).
• Knowledge of databases used with SAP: MS SQL Server, Oracle, HANA, ASE.
• Experience or familiarity with Cloud environments: AWS, Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform.
• Analytical skills, organization, and the ability to operate in production and critical environments.
• Cloud certifications (Foundations): AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP.
• Certifications (ADVANTAGEOUS): SAP Certified Professional - Solution Architect - SAP BTP; SAP Certified Associate - Database Administrator - SAP HANA; SAP Certified Specialist - SAP S/4HANA Conversion and SAP System Upgrade; SAP Certified Professional - SAP Enterprise Architect; SAP Certified Associate - Solution Transformation Consultant with SAP Cloud ALM; ITIL Foundation or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and monitor SAP environments on-premise, cloud, and hybrid.
• Database administration for HANA, Oracle, MSSQL, ASE, MAXDB (tablespaces, datafiles, indexes, statistics, schemas, reorganization, patches, backups, among others).
• Client administration (copy clients, delete clients, import and export).
• User and profile administration.
• Kernel upgrades.
• Printer administration.
• Configuration and administration of TMS (Transport Management System).
• Configuration of CUA (Central User Administration).
• Research OSS notes, system registration, license generation, object registration, and developer-related registrations.
• Job administration.
• Installation of additional languages.
• Email configuration for outbound messaging.
• Installation and configuration of SAP Router and SAP Web Dispatcher.
• Installation and configuration of SAP Cloud Connector.
• System monitoring and performance analysis.
• Client administration (copy clients, delete clients, import and export).
• Support activities related to SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), including basic configuration, monitoring, and support.
• Administration of SAP Cloud ALM.
• Setup of new SAP Cloud and on-premise environments.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP infrastructure-related incidents.
• Interact with infrastructure, security, and development teams to ensure environment stability.
• Support integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

• Previous experience as SAP BASIS or in an equivalent position.
