IT Analyst I (Service Now - Global Tech Hub)

Overview

Join our team as an IT Analyst I at the Service Now - Global Tech Hub. This role is based in São Paulo, Brazil, and involves managing critical incident processes, reporting on key indicators, and interacting with technical teams to ensure smooth IT operations.

Responsibilities

1. Monitor and report on daily, weekly, and monthly performance indicators.
2. Coordinate incident management activities to resolve issues efficiently.
3. Engage with technical teams to facilitate communication and resolution.
4. Prepare and deliver executive communications related to IT operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience managing critical incident processes.
• Knowledge of ITIL, SRE, and COBIT frameworks.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow (user profile).

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in ITIL, SRE, and COBIT.
