J & Y INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced International Education Admissions Consultant in Singapore. You will independently manage client relationships from initial consultation through to enrolment, advising students and parents on school selection and progression.

The role emphasizes autonomy, strong communication, and active client development to build a robust admissions pipeline and brand presence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or above; overseas education or international experience preferred.
• Experience in international education or student recruitment.
• Strong client-development and consultation skills.
• Able to source and convert potential clients independently.

We are looking for an experienced and highly independent International Education Admissions Consultant to join our team in Singapore.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the international education industry, is confident in communicating with parents and students, and has the ability to independently develop and manage clients from initial consultation through to successful enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess students' academic backgrounds, needs and goals, and develop personalised study-abroad and education plans.
• Independently prepare application strategies and manage the entire admissions process from consultation to enrolment.
• Advise students and parents on school selection, academic pathways and progression options.
• Support students in improving their academic profile and overall application competitiveness.
• Manage clients throughout the full service cycle and ensure high-quality service and successful delivery.
• Independently generate and develop potential clients through events, content, referrals and other channels.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with students and parents.
• Participate in seminars, education events, webinars and social-media content creation to support client acquisition and brand development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; overseas education or international experience is preferred.
• Relevant experience in international education, study-abroad consulting or student recruitment.
• Good understanding of international education systems, admissions requirements and academic progression pathways.
• Strong client-development and business-development ability; able to independently source and convert potential clients.
• Excellent communication and consultation skills, with the ability to understand parents' expectations and address concerns throughout the admissions process.
• Strong sense of responsibility, results-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Comfortable working independently without relying solely on company-provided leads.
• Proficient in using AI tools to improve daily work efficiency, research, content creation and client management.
