Nanyang Institute of Management is a Singapore-based edu private education institution seeking a business development professional to drive student recruitment and marketing. Join a team supporting the expansion and brand identity in Asia.

You will partner with the Dean to attract international students, participate in events, liaise with inquiries, and manage admissions documentation to ensure smooth enrolment.

Qualificações

• Minimum diploma or bachelor degree.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in education consultancy.
• Preferably with knowledge of Singapore education industry.
• Able to travel as required.
• Good interpersonal and written/verbal English skills.

Responsabilidades

• In charge of student recruitment and marketing related tasks.

Job Description:

• In charge of Student Recruitmentand Marketing related tasks
• Work closely with Dean to recruitand admit international students from countries in support of NIM expansion andbrand identity.
• Participate in exhibitions/roadshows for agent/student recruitment.
• Able to liaise with all theenquiries and identify the students’ need to explain the right programme toenrol.
• Follow up the leads and arrange aone to one course consultation section through either phone/ social mediaplatform/ face to face appointments.
• Able to do the research andestablish global partnership with colleges, universities or institutions forNIM.
• Handling all admission requireddocuments for students to submit the final admission documents to Singapore.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor degreeholders
• Minimum 2 years of relevant workingexperience (education consultation), entry level candidate are also welcome
• Preferably in private educationindustry
• Preferably with good knowledge ofSingapore education industry
• A matured person and able to workindependently and as a team to contribute the effort to hit team/individual’starget
• Able to work under pressure andstick to time constraints
• Negotiation skills and ability todevelop strong working relationships
• Able to travel as and when required
• Good interpersonal and communicationskills, both verbal and written in Local Language and English (in order toconduct pre-course counselling for Prospective partners/ students)
