Iwa Design Pte Ltd in Brazil, North region, is seeking an architect/interior designer with 2-3 years of experience in concept development, space planning, construction drawings, materials application, budgeting and tender processes for retail and commercial projects. Proficiency in AutoCad, 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, freehand sketches, Photoshop and Illustrator is required.

Responsabilidades

• Create design proposals from conceptualization to visualisation and completion.
• Produce high quality presentation drawings, materials and construction drawings, independently or with a team.
• Manage fast-paced projects with ownership; cooperate with clients and internal partners to ensure successful delivery.
• Work with clients and team to completion of project.
• Handle site measurements and communicate with landlords, clients and consultants on related design matters.
• Manage and handle clients and vendors including presentations and meetings.

Successful candidate should possess the following:

Degree/Diploma/Certification in Architecture/Interior Design with 2-3 years experience in concept development, space planning, construction detailed drawings, materials application, budgeting and tender processes for retail and commercial projects. (candidates with lesser years of experience may also apply)

Proficiency in AutoCad, 3D Studio Max, Sketch-up, freehand sketches, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and related software.

Basic Roles and Responsibilities

• Ability to create design proposals from conceptualization to visualisation and completion.
• Work independently or with teams to produce high quality presentation drawings, materials and construction drawings
• Manage fast pace, challenging projects with ownership; cooperating with clients and internal partners to ensure successful delivery of projects
• To be able to work with clients and team to completion of project.
• Work with Project team on handling site measurements and communicate with landlords, clients and specialists/ consultants on related design matters.
• To manage and handle clients and vendors independently including presentations and meetings.
