Jobtailor is seeking a Quality Management Specialist to implement, monitor, and improve QMS processes across engineering projects in Sao Paulo. You will ensure conformity of documents, records, and alignment with customer requirements.

You will lead internal audits, track nonconformities, drive corrective actions, and develop performance indicators to support continuous improvement and compliance with ISO 9001:2015.

Qualificações

• At least three years of professional experience with Quality Management Systems, preferably in engineering, consulting, project, or technical services companies
• 3-5 years of experience in the field
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Process Management, or a related field
• Knowledge of ABNT NBR ISO 9001:2015
• Knowledge of internal audit processes
• Knowledge of nonconformity and corrective action management
• Knowledge of document management and records control
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word
• Experience with Quality Management Systems
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Understand, respect, and apply SENER's philosophy and core values, as well as its organizational and operational principles, standards, and procedures
• Organize and prioritize tasks effectively and in a timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines

Responsabilidades

• Implement, monitor, and improve Quality Management System processes across engineering projects
• Ensure the conformity of documents and records, compliance with corporate procedures, and fulfillment of customer requirements
• Monitor performance indicators, nonconformities, audits, and continuous improvement actions
• Prepare, review, and update procedures, work instructions, templates, forms, and other Quality Management System documentation
• Guide project teams on the application of Quality procedures, standards, forms, and requirements
• Plan and conduct internal audits, document findings, and monitor resulting actions
• Record, analyze, and monitor nonconformities, improvement opportunities, corrective actions, and action plans
• Assess the root causes of nonconformities and verify the effectiveness of implemented actions
• Develop and monitor performance indicators related to project quality
• Support customer audits, certification audits, and other external assessments
• Deliver training and guidance related to procedures, document standards, and Quality requirements
• Participate in meetings with project teams to identify risks, challenges, and improvement opportunities
• Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of internal processes
