Job Overview

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Constructor Tech Learning product portfolio, focusing on covering the Americas region (North & Latin America). The role involves engaging qualified leads, scheduling demos, nurturing relationships, and closing smaller deals, with collaboration on larger opportunities. This is a great opportunity to grow within a SaaS startup and develop your sales skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Source new sales opportunities through follow-up, calls, and emails.
  2. Conduct product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  3. Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals in CRM.
  4. Manage and grow the sales pipeline.
  5. Build and maintain client relationships.
  6. Handle the sales cycle for smaller opportunities.
  7. Maintain accurate records in CRM.
  8. Achieve quarterly sales targets.
  9. Provide feedback to improve sales processes.
Qualifications
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); Spanish proficiency required; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or tech.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with a proactive attitude.
  • Good presentation and listening skills.
  • Ability to explain technical products.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated learner.
