We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative focused on Constructor Tech Learning product portfolio to join our international team and help us grow revenue to cover the Americas region (both North & Latin America). The role requires someone who is motivated, organized, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced SaaS sales environment.
• English & Spanish language proficiency needed (Portuguese is a plus)
• Working schedule: flexible working hours, US business hours
Job Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work closely with qualified leads generated by the Business Development team, engaging them to schedule technical demos, nurture relationships, and close smaller deals to cover the Americas region (both North & Latin America). For larger opportunities, you’ll collaborate with the Account Executive team to ensure successful handoffs. This is a great chance to help grow a promising SaaS startup while building your sales skills.
· Sales Opportunities: Source new sales opportunities through lead follow up, calls & emails. Develop sales opportunities by identifying and nurturing relationships with potential customers.
· Technical Demos: Organize and conduct product demonstrations tailored to the needs and challenges of prospective clients.
· Deal Negotiation & Creation: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and create deals in the CRM for small and medium-sized opportunities.
· Portfolio Growth: Create and manage new and existing business opportunities.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients.
· Closing Small Deals: Take ownership of the sales cycle for smaller opportunities, ensuring smooth and timely closures.
· CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, demos, deals, and opportunities in the CRM system.
· Quarterly Target: Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and activity metrics.
· Continuous Improvement: Share feedback and insights to optimize the sales process and client engagement strategies.
· Working schedule: US business hours
· Exceptional English communication skills – written and verbal, any other language is a plus
· Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or technology.
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
· A target-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
· Ability to understand and explain technical products.
· Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
· A self-starter with a strong desire to learn in a sales role.
· English & Spanish language proficiency needed (Portuguese is a plus)
