We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to focus on our Constructor Tech Learning product portfolio, aiming to grow revenue across the Americas (North & Latin America). The role is based in Brazil, Portugal, or Spain, with flexible working hours aligned with US business hours.

Role Overview:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage with qualified leads, conduct product demos, nurture relationships, and close deals, primarily targeting the Americas region. You will collaborate with the Account Executive team for larger opportunities and manage the sales cycle for smaller deals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating and nurturing sales opportunities through calls and emails
  • Organizing and conducting product demonstrations
  • Preparing proposals and negotiating deals
  • Managing client relationships and maintaining CRM records
  • Achieving quarterly sales targets
  • Providing feedback to optimize sales processes

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or tech
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven with a desire to learn
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
