Atos SE in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst to join our team. The role focuses on deploying, configuring, and maintaining enterprise infrastructure in office and data center environments.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of experience with Windows/Linux servers, VMware/ESXi virtualization, storage and SAN technologies, and robust networking knowledge. On-call and shift-based support are required.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in infrastructure project delivery, deployment, installation, configuration, and validation activities
• Perform physical installation and maintenance of infrastructure equipment in office and data center environments
• Analyze and troubleshoot incidents involving: Hardware, Windows & Linux Servers / Virtualization (VMware/ESXi) / Storage and SAN environments / Network connectivity and infrastructure services
• Monitor infrastructure environments and collaborate with SOC teams to identify, investigate, and resolve incidents
• Manage vendor and manufacturer support cases, ensuring timely resolution and SLA compliance
• Support upgrades, migrations, expansions, business continuity, and disaster recovery initiatives
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, inventories, diagrams, and operational records
• Participate in on-call rotations and operational support activities

Role: Infrastructure Analyst

Experience: 3- 6 Yrs

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in infrastructure project delivery, deployment, installation, configuration, and validation activities
• Perform physical installation and maintenance of infrastructure equipment in office and data center environments

Technical Requirements

• Experience with corporate infrastructure administration
• Knowledge of: Windows Server and Linux VMware/ ESXi Virtualization / Storage & SAN technologies / TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and networking concepts / Hardware components, firmware, BIOS, RAID, and remote management tools / High Availability, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery
• Familiarity with office and data center infrastructure technologies
