Bull in Cidade Monções, Brazil, is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst to join our enterprise IT team in São Paulo. You will participate in infrastructure delivery, deployment, installation, configuration, and validation across office and data center environments.

The role requires hands-on administration of Windows Server, Linux, VMware ESXi, Storage/SAN, and networking, plus monitoring and on-call support. Strong collaboration with SOC teams and vendors is essential for incident resolution and

Qualificações

• Experience with corporate infrastructure administration.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux, VMware/ESXi virtualization, Storage & SAN technologies, TCP/IP and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with office and data center infrastructure technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in infrastructure project delivery, deployment, installation, configuration, and validation activities.
• Perform physical installation and maintenance of infrastructure equipment in office and data center environments.
• Analyze and troubleshoot incidents involving hardware, Windows & Linux Servers, virtualization, storage, SAN, and networking.
• Monitor infrastructure environments and collaborate with SOC teams to identify, investigate, and resolve incidents.
• Manage vendor and manufacturer support cases, ensuring timely resolution and SLA compliance.
• Support upgrades, migrations, expansions, business continuity, and disaster recovery initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, inventories, diagrams, and operational records.
• Participate in on-call rotations and operational support activities.

Role: Infrastructure Analyst

Experience: 3- 6 Yrs

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in infrastructure project delivery, deployment, installation, configuration, and validation activities
• Perform physical installation and maintenance of infrastructure equipment in office and data center environments
• Analyze and troubleshoot incidents involving: Hardware, Windows & Linux Servers / Virtualization (VMware/ESXi) / Storage and SAN environments / Network connectivity and infrastructure services
• Monitor infrastructure environments and collaborate with SOC teams to identify, investigate, and resolve incidents
• Manage vendor and manufacturer support cases, ensuring timely resolution and SLA compliance
• Support upgrades, migrations, expansions, business continuity, and disaster recovery initiatives
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, inventories, diagrams, and operational records
• Participate in on‑call rotations and operational support activities

Technical Requirements

• Experience with corporate infrastructure administration
• Knowledge of: Windows Server and Linux VMware/ ESXi Virtualization / Storage & SAN technologies / TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and networking concepts / Hardware components, firmware, BIOS, RAID, and remote management tools / High Availability, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery
• Familiarity with office and data center infrastructure technologies
