LiuGong Machinery is looking for a seasoned HR Manager to support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities for the Latin America region from São Paulo, Brazil. You will partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, implement policies, and manage local HR programs.

Required are a Bachelor's in HR, 3+ years in Latin America HR management, and fluency in English (Chinese a plus). You will lead a local team and work with headquarters to align on compensation, training, and performance

Qualificações

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 3+ years HR management experience in Latin America.
  • English as working language; Chinese language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop and implement the HR strategic plan for Latin America.
  • Oversee recruitment for Latin America and participate in centralized recruitment.
  • Optimize performance indicators and manage appraisals and incentives.
  • Establish local compensation systems and review payroll and headcount statistics.
  • Build promotion and dismissal mechanisms and report to HQ.
  • Develop localized training plans and organize program implementation.
  • Manage local HR team and provide daily professional support.
  • Prepare annual headcount and labor cost budgets.
  • Oversee localized administrative operations in Latin America.
  • Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by leadership.

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the HR strategic plan for the Latin America region, and regularly prepare HR status analysis reports.
  • Oversee recruitment for job vacancies in the Latin America region, and participate in the annual and periodic centralized recruitment organized by headquarters.
  • Optimize the employee performance indicator system in the Latin America region, and organize and implement performance appraisals and incentive programs.
  • Establish a local compensation system for the Latin America region, communicate and enforce compensation policies, review employee payroll, and conduct monthly headcount and labor cost statistics.
  • In accordance with headquarters' HR management policies, build a promotion and dismissal mechanism for employees in the Latin America region, handle daily management matters, and report to headquarters for approval.
  • Develop localized training plans for the Latin America region and organize the implementation of relevant training programs.
  • Manage the local HR team and provide professional support and guidance for the team's daily work.
  • Prepare the annual headcount plan, labor cost budget, and fixed asset budget.
  • Supervise and manage the localized administrative operations in the Latin America region.
  • Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in HR or related management fields.
  • Experience: 3+ years of HR management experience in Latin America.
  • Knowledge: General business management; HR management; Latin American labor market and regulations.
  • Skills: Proficient in writing, negotiation, and MS Office.
  • Competencies: Strong planning, organization, coordination, analysis, communication, and interpersonal skills; excellent cross-cultural and team collaboration abilities.
  • Special Requirements: English as working language; prior HR experience in Latin America.
  • Preferred: Chinese language skills are a plus.
