DiDi Chuxing in Brazil is seeking an HRBP support professional to partner with business teams and the senior HRBP, ensuring smooth people processes and strong employee experience.

You will work closely with fast-paced, multicultural teams, delivering operational excellence, data-driven insights, and high-quality HR services across the organization.

This role offers opportunities to shape people programs, drive engagement, and grow your HR capabilities within a global mobility and delivery company.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of HR experience, including HRBP support.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
• Strong organization and execution skills with attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR topics, supporting employees and managers on policies, processes, and basic employee relations matters.
• Handle operational HR workflows such as travel approvals, documentation, and process coordination.
• Maintain and update headcount tracking, organizational data, and workforce reports.
• Coordinate performance cycle logistics, follow-ups, and data accuracy.
• Assist managers with goal setting process guidance and policy clarifications.
• Partner with HR Ops and COE teams to ensure timely execution of HR processes.
• Support onboarding activities and follow-ups for new hires.
• Monitor team sentiment signals and elevate risks when needed.
• Help coordinate engagement initiatives and internal HR communications.
• Understand team structure and organizational dynamics to provide effective operational support.
• Provide insights and updates to the senior HRBP to support decision-making.
• Ensure HR processes are executed with consistency and high quality.

About the team/role

You will support the HRBP function by partnering closely with business teams and the senior HRBP to ensure smooth execution of people processes, operational excellence, and strong employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working close to the business while building foundational HRBP capabilities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

In this role, you'll be...

HR Partnership
