DiDi Chuxing is seeking a results-oriented Strategy & Planning Senior Analyst to join our Brazil team. You will lead end-to-end initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, unblock decisions, and translate data into actionable plans that keep the business aligned.

In this role, you’ll track KPIs, perform root-cause analyses, prepare executive materials, and drive the OKR lifecycle in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and mastery of data tools are essential, with AI fluency as a plus.

Qualificações

• Strong analytical & technical mindset; SQL for data extraction.
• Fluent/Business English for executive discussions.
• Experience translating findings into executive presentations.

• Ensure Mobility BU's quality and KPI consistency.

About the team/role

We are looking for a results-oriented Strategy & Planning Senior Analyst to join our team. You will lead E2E initiatives while coordinating key stakeholders, unblocking decisions, and facilitating executive forums. Additionally, you will play a critical role in tracking goal progress and conducting root-cause analyses to resolve KPI discrepancies, leveraging strong logical reasoning and data driven insights to structure effective action plans and keep the business aligned.

In this role, you'll be...

Ensure the quality and consistency of Mobility BU's

• Conduct root-cause analyses to diagnose discrepancies in KPIs and business results, structuring logical solutions and high-impact action plans

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and goal progress

Identify variances and structure action plans with teams

Lead end-to-end initiatives from stratigic projects

Coordinate multiple stakeholders

Anticipate risks and unblock decision-making

Structure and lead strategic forums

Prepare high-quality executive materials

Serve as a focal point / liaison between teams

Ensure clear priorities and accountability

• Strong analytical & technical mindset: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Systems fluency: Comfort navigating, integrating, and troubleshooting business systems and reporting tools.
• Problem-solving: Ability to structure complex problems, conduct root-cause analysis, and propose data-driven solutions.
• Stakeholder management: Experience translating technical findings into clear executive presentations and actionable plans.
• Hands-on OKR framework experience: Proven track record in defining, cascading, and managing the OKR lifecycle in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent/Business English (Mandatory): Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to lead executive discussions, draft strategic memos, and present complex analyses to leadership.
• Nice to Have | AI Fluency / AI Tools : Hands-on experience leveraging Generative AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance data analysis, and boost day-to-day productivity.
