DiDi Chuxing is seeking a Safety Business Intelligence Senior Analyst to deliver reliable data to business stakeholders and maintain the foundation for a robust data structure within Safety Operations globally. In this role you will work with a multicultural team across regions, develop advanced SQL queries, apply Python basics, and translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

Strong communication and prioritization are essential as you automate data flows and support partner teams

Qualificações

• Advanced SQL knowledge is required to develop complex queries and validate data.
• Basic Python skills are needed to support data manipulation and analytics.
• Experience with data visualization and creating compelling data stories.
• Ability to explain data insights clearly to non-data personnel.
• Capability to adapt to a fast-paced, global environment.

About the team/role

The Safety Business Intelligence SR Analystin will contribute to deliver reliable data to business stakeholders and maintain the foundation for a robust data structure while supporting the Safety Operations globally.

In this job you will have the opportunity to work with a multicultural team from all over the world (from Arabian to Mid-South America, and Asia) in a fast-paced environment in a company that is globally transforming the mobility and food scenario. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with technical knowledge (SQL & Phyton). Additionally, self organization, communication and prioritization skills are essential.

In this role, you'll be...

• Interacting with stakeholders to understand the business needs;
• Developing SQL codes to answer business questions;
• Giving support for different squads across the CX department;
• Creating automated solutions to integrate different data sources;
• Supporting our business partners with data perspective;
• Validating data and calculation methodologies between different area departments.

• Technical skills such as advanced SQL knowledge and basic Python (advanced Python is a plus);
• Statistical knowledge (R is a plus);
