Job description

We are seeking a SAP HCM PY Module Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and customizing the SAP HCM PY module, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting HR processes.

Main responsibilities

1. Serve as a technical reference for the SAP HCM PY module, including parameterizations, calculation rules, and customizations.
2. Implement and test new functionalities, legal improvements, or customizations within SAP (e.g., vacations, 13th salary, terminations, legal benefits).
3. Monitor and support integrations between SAP and satellite systems (e.g., time control, banks, benefits).
4. Ensure legal compliance with current legislation, especially in delivering ancillary obligations via eSocial (events like S-1200, S-1210, among others).
5. Provide technical support to HR users, troubleshooting issues and proposing improvements.
6. Develop, update, and maintain technical and functional documentation of payroll processes within SAP.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience with the SAP HCM PY (Payroll) module.
• Advanced knowledge of payroll calculations and parameterizations in SAP.
• Practical experience with legal processes of eSocial and their implementation in SAP.
• Analytical profile, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills.
