We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst (ERP focused) to join our remote LATAM team, working closely with the Product Manager and engineering teams to develop solutions that drive our shipping and logistics product. The primary purpose of this role is to lead ERP implementations and enhance system integrations. Key responsibilities include translating customer system mappings into our integration tool and collaborating with ERP partners to ensure seamless data flow. As a vital member of our organization, you will work on critical projects that shape the future of our product while contributing to our expanding tech environment. Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation projects to successfully integrate customer systems within our platform.
• Translate customer system mappings using SQL to ensure efficient data exchange through our integration tools.
• Collaborate with ERP partners to build an integrated network and drive product enhancement.
• Develop, review, and understand .NET and C# code to maintain high-quality product standards.
• Utilize SOAP APIs to facilitate data interactions and enhance system functionality.
• Participate in the breakdown of business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Guide short-term efforts toward achieving long-term business goals and product improvement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in our shipping and logistics products, contributing to strategic discussions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Advanced proficiency with SQL for customer system mappings and integration tools.
• Advanced ability to read and understand API documentation, including SOAP APIs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• Preferred 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst for API integrations.
• 1+ years of experience in the shipping and logistics software market preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in developing and understanding tasks in .NET and C#.
• Technical background with experience in cloud-based SaaS solutions, specifically Azure.
• Intermediate knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies, including automated testing.
• Familiarity with testing tools and scripting languages such as Postman, SFTP File Transfers, and JavaScript.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with GraphQL and C++ for enhanced RESTful services integration.
• Adeptness in identifying and resolving workflow inefficiencies to optimize processes.
• Previous project management experience to aid in timeline and resource coordination.
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP systems for potential streamlining of data processes.
• Ability to adapt quickly to Agile Testing practices to improve team collaboration.
• Capability to communicate complex technical information clearly to various stakeholders.
• Possession of extra certifications in cloud technologies or API development.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks with effective time management skills.
• Experience or understanding of HubSpot, and NetSuite.
